E-Government

The e-government revolution goes beyond information and communication technology structure to reshape the public sector and remake the relationship between citizens and government. E-government encompasses issues ranging from putting services online to fostering development and renewing democracy. It requires information management, online collaboration and human resource management in areas of policies and standards, infrastructure and networks, legal framework and applications.
