Editorial Policy

Editor-in-Chief is responsible for setting up review procedures, assigning papers for review, and communicating decisions to authors.

Associate Editors have the role to ensure that quality standards are adhered to, work with authors to improve papers, and decide upon papers to be accepted or rejected based on the reviews. Depending on willingness, AE may also assign reviewers to papers.

Editorial Board Members either review the papers themselves or have the papers reviewed by people they consider to be knowledgeable. The final decisions on the papers are made by the AE based on the reviews, but the suggestions of Editorial Board members weigh heavily.

The review process is handled electronically at College of Information Science and Technology, University of Nebraska at Omaha.
